Donna Nicola Sibeana Moncrieffe, 48 years old and affectionately called ‘D’ died on Friday, September 17, 2021 leaving mother, Sandra Pinnock, son Wade Williams, sisters Belinda (Julia) and Sophia, brothers Julian, Maconi and Marvin, nephews Jonathan, Zurie, Jacob and Zion, Niece Makela, uncle Edward Bernard, grandaunt Verna, Cousins Dutris, Terriann, Tahira, Abiona, Shoshanna, Tomeko, Camille et al other relatives and friends.
Donna was born in Kingston, Jamaica on December 26, Boxing Day. She actively attended the Friends Church (Quaker) since early childhood. Her primary school was St Francis All Age where she passed the Common Entrance Exam and matriculated to Ardenne High School and later the University of the West Indies where she majored in History with a minor in Human Resource Development.
Donna spent 30 years in Government as a Civil Servant at the then Ministry of National Security and Justice where she developed lasting friendships. Her last years were at the Post and Telecommunications Department as the Director, Organization Development and Performance Management Appraisal System.Donna loved her family and her family loved her. She always made herself available to helping her family, relatives and friends alike the best way she knew how, Donna was a quiet giant in our family with a heart of love and a generous spirit. She facilitated several of her family members, relatives, and friends in finding themselves. Donna had a deep intellect which was complemented by her very pragmatic approach to life. She will forever be in our hearts until we meet again.
